General Terms and Conditions Prices: All
our prices are quoted per piece. All offer are without engagement and exclude
the statutory Value Added Tax. Our prices do not include any grants for value
dates or bonis, subsidies for advertising costs and catalogues. Confirmation of orders: You
will get for all your order one confirmation of order by e-mail. Please check
these confirmation of orders for the fact, that other persons sent us orders
without your knowledge. Delivery: Export
orders above 1.000,00 € freight paid free German border, f.o.b. Hamburg or
Nünberg airport, unless other conditions of delivery have been agreed. For
initial orders from new customers we ask for two satisfactory references from
well established companies. Otherwise delivery will be made against bank
guaranty or irrevocable Letter of Credit only. Shipment are effected to the
account of the purchaser. All goods supplied are insured through our company. Packing: All
our brushes are sold in Packing-Units. We have to charge an additional 10%
when buying less than one packing-unit. Payment: The
invoice amount is due for payment within: 10
days of date of invoice with 2% cash discount, or within 45 days of the date
of invoice net. Cheques are accepted and are subject to clearance. Interest
at a rate of 2% above the respective discount rate is due on overdue
payments. Reservation of propriety rights: All goods
delivered remain our propriety untill the complete amount has been paid, also
in case of processing and reselling. The claims of the purchaser which arise
from any further disposal of the goods, are hereby now Transfered
to us as security for our own claims. Complains:
Complains only can be made within 8 days from receipt of the goods and must
be notified in writing without delay. If they are justified, we will replace
the value or the brushes. Further entitlements for compensation can not be
accepted. Place of performance for
